Important: Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you will lose access to your Contour Plus customer account and related personal profile data.
How to delete your account in the app

Open the Contour Plus app and sign in to the customer account you want to delete.

Go to Profile, then open the account control area.

Choose Delete Account.

Review the warning, enter your password if requested, and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
- customer profile information and saved addresses;
- authentication credentials and active session access;
- saved preferences, cart state, and customer-side account associations where applicable;
- notification token associations and related customer messaging links.
What may be retained
Some order, transaction, refund, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, and legal records may be retained where operational or legal obligations require it. Such retained records are kept only to the extent necessary.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or cannot complete deletion in the app, contact us from the email address linked to your account and request manual deletion assistance.
