Delivery times shown through the app or support channels are estimated. Actual fulfillment may vary based on stock, operational load, location, and carrier conditions.
1. Delivery Scope
Contour Plus may limit delivery based on service area, operational availability, product type, or other practical constraints. We may refuse or cancel delivery where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
2. Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and reachable contact number.
- If the address or contact details are inaccurate, delivery may be delayed, fail, or incur additional handling.
3. Delivery Estimates
- Estimated shipping or arrival times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
- Delays may arise from volume peaks, weather, access limits, security checks, stock transfers, or carrier operations.
4. Receipt and Risk
Customers should inspect orders promptly on delivery. Risk of loss or damage typically transfers when the order is delivered to the customer or accepted at the delivery address, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Failed Delivery
A delivery may be treated as failed if, for example:
- the customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts;
- the address is incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible;
- delivery is refused without a valid eligible issue.
In these cases, Contour Plus may reschedule, hold, cancel, or charge additional delivery handling where operationally justified.
6. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly and in any case within the return claim window stated in the Refund & Return Policy.
